19 Type WSM Installed power 1 hp Dimensions L x W x H 36'' x 44'' x 54'' Carrot baton machine WSM The semi-automatic WSM carrot baton machine cut carrots lengthwise and crosswise to produce carrot batons (sticks). The turret wheel rotates at one hole per second, with each hole containing one carrot. The carrot is topped, tailed and sliced into the set length. In the next step the carrot is pressed through the grid to create a carrot baton of the desired cross section size. The maximum capacity is 3,600 pieces per hour. Weighing machine AFW-40 The AFW-40 weighing machine is used to precisely weigh a broad range of peeled products such as potatoes, onions, carrots, beets, etc. The machine features an infeed hopper and a switch cabinet with a weighing system. The user friendly touchscreen allows for easy operation. Capacity approx. 2,650 - 4,000 lbs per hour, depending on the product diameter, the filling weight and type of weighing (batch weighing or bulk weighing). Type AFW-40 Installed power 1 hp Dimensions L x W x H 105'' x 46'' x 87'' Sliver remover SR-60 The sliver remover SR filters product particles that are too small from the flow of cut products. The machine consists of a number of ribbed rollers with adjustable spacing. Product particles that are too small fall through the rolls.
